Refund policy

At Morii Photography, we want you to feel confident when booking your session or purchasing a gift card. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase:

Right to Cancel

• You have the right to cancel your booking or gift card purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the session has not yet taken place.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Sessions

• All prepaid sessions and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift cards are non-refundable after the initial 7-day cancellation period.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person.

Bookings

• Once your session date is confirmed, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. We will always do our best to accommodate changes.
