Terms of service

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between Morii Photography (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) when booking a session or purchasing a gift card. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Gift cards must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You have the right to cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the session has not yet taken place.

  • Outside this period, prepaid sessions and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • We understand life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Gift Cards & Prepaid Sessions

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May be transferred to another person but must be used within the validity period.

4. Session Experience

  • We aim to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Please arrive on time for your session so we can make the most of your booking.

  • Children and babies remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times during the session.

5. Editing & Delivery

  • Images are edited in our signature style. Additional editing requests may incur an extra charge.

  • Final images will be delivered digitally within an agreed timeframe. Prints and products may take longer depending on supplier lead times.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the copyright of Morii Photography.

  • Clients are granted personal use rights only, meaning you may print, share online, and enjoy your photos for personal purposes.

  • Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Image Use by Morii Photography

  • We may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

8. Liability

  • While every care is taken, Morii Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, equipment failure, or venue issues). In such cases, we will reschedule where possible.

By booking a session or purchasing a gift card, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
